Our premium program takes basic programming to the next level. This option includes a 5 day/week program, private access to a Facebook group where we add weekly technique videos, and, for a limited time only, a free personalized technique consultation in your first month.
The premium program is best suited for beginners looking to pursue weightlifting full time and intermediate lifters training for more advanced competitions. It is designed to creatively avoid monotony while at the same time allowing for consistent and regular results. Each aspect of strength and conditioning is meticulously developed to create a training stimulus that will force adaptation and resulting growth.
With premium programming, you will have access to a private Facebook group where you can interact with our coaches and other athletes. On the Facebook page, there will be weekly videos geared to prepare you for upcoming movements and training goals. You will also receive a 15% discount code for swag!

A) BS: Work up to 80% and complete 6 sets of 5 with no time domain, rest as needed
B) FS: Work up to 75% and complete 8 sets of 3 every 90 sec no pause at the top
C) Snatch Balance: Find 3RM in 12 minutes
D) Hang Power Snatch: 40/3, 50/3, 55/3, 60/3, 65/2, 70/2, 75/1, 80/1, 60/4*3 sets
E) Snatch Pull to explode + 6 sec return GENTLY to the floor: 100/2+1*4 sets
